Enjoy 100 ft of private shoreline with a gradual sandy entry—great for kids. Relax on the covered decks, gather around the fire pit, or use the kayaks provided. The lake is all-sports, with boating, fishing, and swimming right outside your door. Walk or boat into Central Lake for shops, taverns, and ice cream. Minutes from Torch Lake, Shanty Creek, and Short’s Brewery, and within 45 minutes of Traverse City, Charlevoix, and Petoskey. The home is set on a deep, wooded lot offering privacy and Up North charm. Access is via keypad, and there’s plenty of room for cars, boats, and gear. Guests accept that this is nature, and occasional critters may sneak in—we’re always available to help if needed!
